Notes:
Lethargy is cut on the video due to tape swap.  The audio was not cut.  It
was added back into the set as a "bonus" track using a photo montage of
pictures taken at the show for the video.  To prevent re-encoding the video
(resulting in quality loss),  there will be a small "jump" in the audio/video
as the player navigates to the bonus track. To play the DVD without the
Lethargy bonus added, you can:
   1. From the Main Menu, highlight the "Play All" option & press the left arrow
      on the DVD player/remote.  This will make the highlight disappear.  Press
      the Enter/Select button & the DVD will play without the bonus track.
   2. Select the "Index" option & select a song.  The DVD will play from the song
      you select to the end without the bonus track.
