       there was an audience mic (unknow mic type)
       that was also being piped through the post-house
       mix.  it's so subtle that i wouldn't consider
       this a matrix - but just to be accurate i thought
       i'd mention it.
       
       the bonus material would not fit as filler on the
       cds but i wanted to include it.  it does make a nice
       cd-single (or perhaps filler for another show).
