HUSKER DU - October 6, 1984 @ Psychedelly, Bethesda, MD Here's a hot one - the band plays the start of a normal 1984-era set, then takes requests from the audience, with a bunch of covers and rarely-played songs ensuing. Where else are you gonna hear the Hüskers plow through I Wanna Be Your Dog and Somewhere in the same set? Plus, guest vocals by some asian kid on a bunch of the songs? What more could you want? Quality is OK, somewhere around a B+ or B, I'd say. No one I trade with seems to take good generation notes, so like the others, I don't have any gen info. It's worth it just for the rare songs, though. Please keep posting rare Hüsker shows! It feels like I've killed the flow!
