They played so tight and with so much feeling and emotion, it felt like the mid 80's all over again. Curt's guitar playing is really inspired, check out the solos in Fly like The Wind and Lake Of Fire for example. Chris's bass playing is truly a joy to watch and hear. And it seems they have found the perfect drummer in Ted. They even pulled out some sweet covers on this night. I was also running a Himd deck w/sound pro mics, but I was more worried about the Dat/soundboard that I forgot to turn on the Himd deck until the second song. I haven't even listened to it because this recording sounds so good. I would like to thank David Gaume for the great mix and hooking me up to the board. On Sam the levels in the mix are getting worked out but from then on except for a couple of quick issues with some static this recording SMOKES. For David Holmes and Mike for flooding us with so many great 90 era tapes. Enjoy
